AutoFull is a brand that values transparency and building good relationships with our valued customers. As a result of this, we employ no questions asked warranty policy for all our customers.

If for any reason your AutoFull products are damaged, malfunctioning or have any issues, AutoFull will take full responsibility for your product within 3 years after the purchase date on most items.Purchase on online store, subscribe us and show your public post or review enjoy 2-year warranty.

 

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU:

All AutoFull customers qualify for full access to our no questions asked warranty immediately after purchase. If you ever have any inquiry's regarding whether or not your product is still under warranty just email us at service@autofull.com and inquire about your warranty status. We will ask for:
  • Your Full Name
  • Your Order Number
  • Your Address
AGAINST:
missing parts at the time of delivery;
parts damaged at the time of delivery or within 1-year warranty;
incorrespond with the description in the applicable contract of sale at the time of delivery;
major parts should be include: pillows, cushions, armrests, base, wheels, etc.

TO RECEIVE WARRANTY SERVICE, PLEASE:
Contact our Customer Service Department at service@autofull.com and advise them of the nature of the issue. Customer Service will provide you with information as to how to proceed.
Please remember, product returned for warranty claims must be accompanied by the original order number as well as written details regarding the nature of the problem, the location of the product, etc.
If your product is returned, please retain a copy of the shipping information for your records.

30-Day Return & Cancellation Policy

Return Description:

Returns & Exchanges: Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

Order Cancellation: If your order has not yet shipped, you may request cancellation within 3 days by contacting customer service. We will process your request within 2 business days.

Cancellation Eligibility: Orders can be canceled if the request is submitted before shipment and within the allowed cancellation period stated on our website.

Return Instructions:
Please contact our customer service team in advance to confirm your order number and review the return guidelines.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
